Are you having a crisis in your life? Are you depressed, anxious or suicidal? We are trained to assist you with short-term counselling to get you through the crisis and also to help you get yourself safe.

We will work with you (and your doctor if appropriate) to constructively address the underlying issues, to problem solve, to set goals and help you manage debilitating mental health issues that impact your relationships, your work and your productivity.

Trauma Therapy

People can be seriously affected by memories about traumatic events in their lives. They can impact our ability to function normally. We have specific training to assist clients in identifying triggers and find ways to bring the effects of the trauma under your own control, using techniques of mindfulness, desensitization and distraction.

Change can be very hard sometimes. Life hands us all kinds of difficulties and challenges. Birth, marriage, aging parents, job loss, divorce, critical illness, death of a loved one….
