Grief can be an overwhelming and confusing experience. And no one experiences grief in exactly the same way. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. It is a uniquely human experience.
But people that have suffered a loss do benefit from meeting others in a similiar situation.
We offer grief support on an individual basis, but also in a group setting at regular intervals throughout the year.
